These versatile Micro Pitchers are just right for melting butter or chocolate and making sauces in your microwave oven. Use them separately or invert the small pitcher as a cover on the large one to prevent splatters.

DESCRIPTION

Our Micro Pitcher 2-Pc. Set of microwaveable measuring jugs is a fast, mess-free solution for heating gravies, syrups, and sauces quickly and neatly in the microwave. 

While our Measuring Mates cups are the best for dry ingredients, a measuring pitcher is quicker and more functional for liquids, and a complete kitchen would have both. These pitchers have plenty of room for stirring, and they have full spouts for artfully drizzling sauces or neatly pouring mixtures into candy molds, baking forms, and our Deco Pen.

Each Micro Pitcher can be used separately or together: invert the small pitcher over the large one, and you've got a self-venting cover that lets steam escape while preventing messy microwave splatters. The set is designed so that the small pitcher won't slip off during this usage.

Their lightweight material makes them ideal for boats and RVs, where weight is important and almost everything should do double duty.

TIPS

Melting butter or chocolate works best at low wattage (max 400 watts).
